At 107 Burdett Road, Tower Hamlets, JCS removed an existing B48 land panel and its associated steelwork, then installed a D48 gable panel on new steelwork and foundations.
The work included traffic management and parking suspensions to provide access. With the new foundations within 300mm of neighbouring Victorian property foundations, the project required detailed temporary works, including sheet piling and wailer beams.
